Yoga and Pilates
Aly began teaching movement in 2013. Her classes are challenging but playful, using intelligent sequencing and considered language to encourage her students to explore. With over 1000 hours training in Pilates, Yoga, Ayurveda and Meditation, she draws from many genres – combining flowing vinyasa choreography with dynamic and static stretching, functional movement, weight training, gymnastics and mobility techniques.

An experienced vinyasa and yin yoga teacher, Aly’s classes are strong and creative. She combines smart sequencing with evocative language, drawing from her knowledge of physical and energetic anatomy to empower her students.
Her signature Deep Stretch class at The Yoga House, Riyadh, draws from many genres – combining fluid sequencing and dynamic stretching, with functional movement, mobility techniques, and yin-style holds to open the body and mind.

Aly’s Pilates classes pair the best in the classical repertoire with a little extra spice. With added elements of functional movement, weight training, and a creative use of props, they provide a full body work out that elevates the heart rate while sculpting and balancing the body.
Set to an uplifting soundtrack, classes are technical but inclusive – welcoming students of all ages, experiences and fitness levels.
